LPN Nursing Home (Nights)

Skilled LPN - Nights
Location: Tennessee
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Skilled LPN to provide quality care in a rehabilitation center and nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bedside care, medication administration, and supervising CNAs in a skilled care environment.
Responsibilities

Provide bedside care to short-term rehab and long-term care residents.
Administer medications and perform rounds.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Conduct wound care as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience.
Active Tennessee LPN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
IV certification preferred.
