As a member of our NICU Follow‑Up Clinic team, you’ll help support premature and medically complex infants as they grow and develop beyond their hospital stay.

Your work directly influences developmental outcomes during some of the most important stages of a child’s life.

Evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with feeding, swallowing, speech, and communication disorders

Participate in NICU Follow‑Up Clinic evaluations and developmental care planning

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing teams, and families to support optimal outcomes

Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives

Current Montana Speech‑Language Pathologist license or ability to obtain prior to hire

RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP)

Shift:

Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full‑time, 36 hours per week, variable day shifts
