Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) / Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) PRN

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) / Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. Key Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation

Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment progress

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans

Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment

Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring respiratory intervention

Requirements

Current CRT or RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist

Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures, equipment, and protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs

Flexibility to work PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
