$120,000 - $140,000 Base + Bonus + Overtime

Our client, an internationally recognized AmLaw firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support one of the nation's premier Supreme Court & Appellate Practices. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to work directly with elite appellate advocates on matters that shape legal precedent before the United States Supreme Court, federal appellate courts, and state appellate courts. You'll become an integral member of an elite appellate team, supporting every phase of sophisticated appeals and high-stakes litigation.
Support complex litigation from trial through appeal.
Perform expert-level Bluebook cite checking and legal proofreading.
Verify record citations, quotations, and legal authorities with exceptional accuracy.
Research procedural and substantive issues using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and CM/ECF.
Prepare Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
Coordinate electronic filings and ensure compliance with jurisdiction-specific court rules.
Draft and distribute summaries of significant appellate decisions and Supreme Court opinions.
7+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a medium or large law firm.

• Significant experience supporting Supreme Court, Appellate, or sophisticated Federal Appellate litigation.
• Exceptional legal writing, proofreading, and analytical abilities.
• Strong research skills using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and related litigation technology.
• A bachelor's degree is required.

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Relativity, Case Notebook, or other eDiscovery platforms
Advanced academic background in fields emphasizing research and writing (Law, Journalism, English, Public Policy, etc.)
