Oversee the management of the general ledger and chart of accounts
Supervise and train accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment
Manage quarterly compliance reporting to banks and other stakeholders
Lead and oversee the annual audit process, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 10+ years of accounting experience, with leadership in a similar role
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit management
Proven ability to supervise and develop accounting teams
Experience with general ledger management and month-end close processes
