Caregiver for In-Home Care - NOC Shifts

D&S Community Services , a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. SOMERSET CAREGIVER

Full-time: 32+ hrs/week: Fri 8:30a-12:00a, Sat 8:30a- 8:30p, Sun 8:30a -8:30p= 40 hrs Full-Time shift

Must have a valid full Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate and reliable vehicle with insurance and registration used to transport clients

Must be available to attend 2 week of paid orientation Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We do not offer traditional Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedules. Shifts are based on client needs and may include: 16-hour overnight shifts (4:00 PM - 8:00 AM), Weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday), Varying hours depending on staffing needs

Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
