The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB
Experience working with children with autism
Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers
