What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Supervise, support, and mentor CNAs and nursing staff during the shift

Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly

Collaborate with physicians, families, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation

Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and clinical standards

Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination as needed

What We're Looking For

Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing (required)

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred

Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication, delegation, and organizational abilities

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
