With multiple state-of-the-art clinics across the greater Grand Rapids area, we’ve been independently and locally owned since 1994. Our team is committed to helping patients get back to living life without limits, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.
Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians
Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or upcoming Michigan PT license
Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
