If you enjoy being hands-on, visible on the floor, and making a meaningful impact every day, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR career.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily support across all functional areas of Human Resources while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policiesPromote employee engagement through regular interaction with team members, including shop floor presence, meetings, and open communicationAdminister and communicate company policies, procedures, and programs clearly and consistentlySupport management in the implementation of progressive disciplinary actionsAddress employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, schedules, uniforms, and other HR-related topicsMonitor and reconcile authorized versus actual headcount to ensure accuracyCoordinate the internal job posting and selection process, including interviews and candidate evaluationsMaintain accurate and confidential personnel, medical, and I-9 recordsConduct new hire orientation and onboarding activitiesManage unemployment claims, including timely submissions and representation during hearings and appealsProcess employee separations, including documentation and exit interviewsConduct and document internal investigations in a fair and consistent mannerEnsure compliance with I-9 requirements, including reverification processesServe as a liaison between employees and management to support effective communicationParticipate in and promote company safety initiatives and programsAssist with employee recognition and appreciation eventsSupport timekeeping and attendance processes to ensure accurate payrollPerform special projects and other duties as assignedQualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred2–3 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or production environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking abilityExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal English communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervisionBenefits401(k) plan with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceEarned paid time off (ETO)10 paid company holidays annuallyPerformance-based merit increasesAnnual bonus opportunityWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a combination of office and manufacturing environments.
