Job Description

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and devise personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional goals
Implement Effective Interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care
Educate Patients and Families: Empower patients and caregivers with knowledge and strategies to promote continuous progress at home
Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring each patient stays on the right path
Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Ongoing education and postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported
Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
