Construction Law & Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney to join their Uniondale, NY office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction law and a commitment to client satisfaction. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with a dynamic and supportive environment.
Duties Draft motions and handle discovery demands.
Appear in court for various proceedings.
Draft and review construction contracts and agreements.
Engage in trial-level activities as needed.
Requirements Minimum of 7 years of construction law experience.
Experience in NYC-based construction preferred.
Trial-level experience is a plus.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar.
Skills Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
