Recruitment Resourcer (Home Based)

The Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment team and New Hire Recruitment processes. The successful candidate will work in tandem with the Recruitment Manager and Recruiters to support various recruiting efforts across a wide variety of areas such as, but not limited to: maintaining all job postings, reporting, sourcing and reviewing resumes, tracking candidates, reviewing assessments, creating offer letters, and reviewing/ tracking background check results for both Canadian and U.Responsible for assisting with all aspects of call center recruiting, as well as support staff recruitment across all sites and home-based hiring initiatives

• Communicate with potential candidate via email and phone
• Complete Home Office Validations for new employees
• Administrative tasks related to offer paperwork
• Track work efforts and recruitment metrics as required
• Assists in preparing basic ad hoc and regular reports for the Recruitment team and internal clients
• Understand and act in accordance will all company policies and expectations
• Perform a variety of other ad hoc recruiting related administrative duties as required

Strong PC skills required including Microsoft office suite of programs

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Work Experience & Qualifications

Previous Recruitment experience required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Ability to communicate in English (verbally and written) in a polished and professional manner is required.

Must have a dedicated, quiet, and private workspace free from distractions.

• Ability to sit and remain at a desk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) while operating a computer and telephone headset.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• May occasionally require walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 10 pounds) of equipment such as a laptop or office supplies.
