Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information.
Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of point‑of‑care experience.
Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Pay Pay Range: $17.75 - $24.00 per hour. Eligible for 2nd Shift Differential. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The Phlebotomist may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
