Doctors Hospital: Registered Nurse, Emergency Department

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented registered nurse to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate is dedicated to promoting health, supporting recovery, and delivering safe, evidence-based care with professionalism and respect.
Responsibilities

Assess patient health status and document findings accurately and thoroughly
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and provider orders
Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, self-care, and health maintenance
Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards in all aspects of care delivery
Accurately chart assessments, interventions, outcomes, and communication in the medical record
Support patient advocacy and provide compassionate care with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications

• Active registered nurse licensure in the applicable state or jurisdiction
• 2 Years of Emergency Room Experience and Critical Care Experience
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• ACLS and PALS
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records and standard clinical documentation practices
• Commitment to patient-centered care, confidentiality, and ethical practice

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospital, outpatient, long-term care, or similar clinical setting
Additional specialty certifications relevant to the care environment
Experience with care coordination, patient education, or discharge planning
