FULL/PART TIME HAIRSTYLIST

Now Hiring - FullTime and Part-Time Licensed Hair Stylists
SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc. , is seeking talented, licensed stylists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and advancing their careers in a supportive, growthfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional haircare services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing
Conduct thorough client consultations
Maintain a friendly, guestfocused environment
Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology
Assist with endofday administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
Strong communication and basic administrative skills
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals
Compensation & Benefits:

• Average earnings of $23-$43/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
• Daily tips via Pay Card
