Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages.
Routing materials to prescribed storage locations.
Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods.
Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials.
Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage.
Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma.
Valid State Driver's License.
One (1) year of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
Excellent attention to detail, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with a capability to work in a team environment.
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
Military experience or knowledge preferred; familiarity with GCSS-Army or a willingness to learn and use the system.
Proficiency with computer software systems such as Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Adobe.
