Post Consumer Brands is proud to launch an all-new warehouse in Wilmer, TX (15 miles south of Dallas) to efficiently transport pet food, cereal, and all our products to store shelves. This air-conditioned facility will be over 1 million square feet and include all of the latest distribution technology to help deliver on PCB's core purpose of making lives better by making delicious food accessible for all, including our furry friends!
At Post Consumer Brands, great work happens when big opportunities meet an inviting, team-focused culture. As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead the people, processes, and daily execution that keep our Wilmer warehouse running safely, efficiently, and with quality at the center of everything we do.
This evening leadership role combines hands-on operations with people development. You'll guide work across two shifts, support internal and external customers, help achieve site goals, and strengthen a safe, accountable, high-performing warehouse environment.

Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operators, Specialists, Leads, and Sanitation team members across two shifts.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, post-production assembly, staging, and loading.
Partner with Warehouse Leads, Dispatch, and internal teams to execute workload and meet customer expectations.
Drive site performance through the successful execution of goals and key performance indicators.
Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance with external technicians and contractors.
Maintain food quality and sanitation standards, including Post Consumer Brands and SQF requirements.
Manage training, certification, and documentation for Leads, Specialists, and Operators.
Advance continuous improvement, standard work, and best-practice development with distribution center teams and internal partners.
Ensure operations follow company values and policies and comply with applicable regulations.
Make a visible impact on daily operations, team performance, safety, and service.
Coach, recognize, train, and develop a warehouse team.
Help move beloved food brands to store shelves for families and their pets.
Partner across the distribution center to improve processes and strengthen standards.
Location & Travel Requirements

Based at the Post Consumer Brands warehouse in Wilmer, Texas, approximately 15 miles south of Dallas.
Evening role supporting team members across two shifts.
May require on-call availability on nights and weekends to support the team as needed.
Four-year degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
Strong understanding of warehouse, delivery, and traffic operations within a distribution environment.
Ability to use SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage information and measure or report performance.
Four years of increasing supervisory responsibility in an operations setting preferred.
Food warehousing or production operations experience in a team environment preferred.
Collaborate across teams to solve problems and meet customer needs.
Use continuous-improvement thinking to strengthen processes and performance.
