Spend more than 90% of your time offering personalized, direct support to patients, primarily addressing pharmacy‑related needs by phone and email messaging.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work the following shift: Onsite Requirement: Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location during scheduled shifts, if this position is hybrid or onsite.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients and providers on the phone.
Experience with specialty claims adjudication.
Experience submitting and managing Prior Authorizations and TAR's.
Work at a computer terminal for extended periods, move frequently around the pharmacy, stoop, bend, reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 50 pounds.
