Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Permanent

CareNational is hiring a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time, permanent positions with respected Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Rehab facilities in Roseburg, OR. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative rehab setting and is committed to helping patients regain independence in daily living activities.

30 - $35 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: Variable | 5 x 8-hour shifts

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Active Oregon COTA License (Required)

Previous experience in long-term care, post-acute rehab, or skilled nursing preferred

Strong understanding of occupational therapy treatment techniques

Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT

Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure treatment area is safe, organized, and supportive for therapy sessions

Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal standards
