Description

Conduct assessments for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, creating personalized treatment plans
Implement physical therapy techniques focused on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and functional capability
Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
Inform patients and their families about therapeutic aims, discharge planning, and home exercise regimens
Accurately document evaluations, treatment interventions, and patient progress per regulatory and facility guidelines
Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution

Certifications
