At McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC we help our clients navigate complex legal challenges - and we do it with a team that genuinely supports each other. We're looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney licensed in North Carolina who's ready to own a substantive caseload, grow their expertise, and be part of a value-driven firm.

Prepare and file motions, pleadings, Proofs of Claim, Payment Change Notices, and other key documents

Attend court hearings (virtual and in-person)

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and an active North Carolina Bar Membership in good standing is required.

We're committed to training candidates who show the right aptitude and work ethic. Ability to travel as needed to attend hearings and other court appearances.

Bonus: Experience in real estate, mortgage, or commercial litigation; or a background in foreclosure law (if not, we'll help you learn).
