Care Home Nurse (nights)

Registered Nurse

Nursing position available on a medical surgical unit. This role requires working night shifts. The schedule consists of 4 shifts per week. Weekend shifts are included, with 4 weekend shifts every 6 weeks. The daily census on the unit is approximately 20-25 patients. Patient age group includes adults. Common patient diagnoses include post-surgical cases in various specialties. Nursing responsibilities include managing complex patient needs. Skills in accessing and managing ports, oxygen administration, and wound care are necessary. Experience with telemetry monitoring is preferred. Travelers will receive a brief orientation on the unit.
