The Role: Ignite Potential As a Student Recruiter in Manchester, NH, you are the heart of our outreach. You will connect with potential students and the community to share our mission. What We Offer You Pay: Starting salary of $50,000.00 with immediate skill-based increases and incentive programs.

Your Impact Engage prospective students and community partners to promote our programs.
Coordinate recruitment, application support, and arrival logistics.
Provide transitional support and placement services for full-time jobs or higher education.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive student data.
Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, education, business, communications, or related field.
Associate's degree in these fields plus two years of relevant experience.
Genuine drive to advocate for young adults and support their growth.
Skills: Strong communication skills to build connections within diverse communities.
