Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work

Drivers shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues

Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including: standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking

Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained.

Accurately complete daily vehicle inspection forms.

Perform daily housekeeping on truck.

Safely operate and maintain truck.

Properly load, secure & unload material.

ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others.

Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance.

One or more years' experience operating commercial vehicles -Has knowledge of the aspects of construction operations -A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred

• Valid driver's license and CDL required -Must be able to work day shifts and night shifts. Shifts may vary according to project demands
• Must be willing to travel if job requires
