Position Overview for Dining Room Server: We are seeking enthusiastic Dining Room Servers to join our culinary team. In this role, you will ensure our residents enjoy delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities as a Dining Room Server:
Take orders and serve food and drinks to residents in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner according to Spring Hills standards.
Maintain a service-oriented approach, providing a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
Sanitation and Safety: Work in a clean, sanitary, and organized manner while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Desired Characteristics as a Dining Room Server:
A genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives through exceptional dining experiences.
Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to obtain any required food handling and sanitation certifications.
