As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and fully
engaged in their communities.

Helping individuals participate in community outings, events, and recreational activities

Supporting personal goals and celebrating achievements

Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care

Building genuine friendships and positive relationships

Providing transportation to appointments, activities, and community events

Documenting daily activities and progress

Working alongside families and support teams to create the best possible outcomes

Basic understanding of developmental disabilities and related healthcare needs.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
