Front Desk Concierge (Full Time/Part-Time)

Front Desk ConciergeKings Courtyard Inn is seeking a full-time or part-time employee for the Front Desk Concierge position. As the first employee the guest encounters, it is the concierge's responsibility to be gracious and efficient while upholding the company's reputation for hospitality, service, and luxury. Responsibilities:Answer all incoming phone calls and assist the caller with their request or redirect the call.Collaborate with housekeeping and other staff to provide a seamless guest experience.Must be able to work 3pm - 11pm two to three shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.Front desk/concierge experience required - luxury boutique hotel experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Must have working knowledge of Windows computing and multi-line phone systems.Full Time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance after 60 days.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
