- Certified Medical Assistant 1 Float handles patient healthcare under professionals' guidance. Provide valuable support for smooth patient care.
You will act as a versatile resource for various clinics within a designated, local area.
You'll keep treatment rooms ready for patient examination, ensuring their cleanliness after procedures and maintaining supplies.
You'll interview patients and record information in their medical records. Collect medical data to help physicians assess patient health and needs.
You will be responsible for readying all necessary documents and forms for each office visit.
Routine patient testing is required. Collecting and processing blood and urine samples is also necessary.
You are open to frequent travel to different clinics within a specified, local region to perform assigned tasks.
You earned a medical assistant certification from an approved program, like American Association of Medical Assistants or American Medical Technologists.
You are well-versed in the critical values of secure and accurate medical administration.
Record patient info following policies, regulations, and procedures. You naturally observe patients' physical condition and promptly report any abnormalities to medical personnel.
You're capable of administering injections and drawing blood.
You are adept at medical terminologies.
You are accustomed to handling medical charts and records.
Certification/License/Registration
Cert Medical Assistant (CMA): Must be CMA from one listed
Cert Medical Asst (CMA) from AAMA or ARMA
