Travel Registered Nurse - Medical Surgery / Telemetry

Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Job Description & Requirements

• Day shift, 3x12s (07:00–19:30)

• Ratios: 1:4-5, EPIC charting

Requirements
~2 years experience, tele/step-down specific + cardiac drips (EKG/telemetry, no titration required on cardiac/vasoactive drips)

~ ACLS + BLS

• Every-other-weekend (Sat/Sun)
• Relias EKG test required
• Locals not accepted within 75-mile radius
• Pending license OK

RTO / Compliance (strict)
Max 7 days RTO, must be finalized at time of submission — none after
No RTO in first week
Compliance deadline: 3pm CST Monday, the week before start
Labs within 48–72 hrs of signing
Modules (up to 16 hrs @ $20/hr) via WorkRamp, due 2 Fridays before start
Fit-testing required — facial hair must accommodate it.
