What You’ll Do
Own a caseload of traffic and non-DUI misdemeanors in Yakima & Kittitas Counties. If you have experience or interest in other types of cases, let's chat! This area is ripe for new attorneys in all areas of the law.
Team up on DUI cases with Tony Swartz — learn proven defense strategies.
Draft motions, negotiate with prosecutors, and take cases to trial when needed.
Keep clients informed with clear, timely communication.
What We’re Looking For
Active WA bar membership.
Strong organization — juggle deadlines without constant oversight. We currently utilize one full time assistant, but could hire another as needed.
Courtroom confidence; criminal-law experience preferred but not required.
Genuine commitment to protecting clients in a close-knit community.
Someone who wants to live in a rural area. This isn't a big city, but we're close to Seattle for all of the activities you want to participate in.
Location Highlights
