Job Description CNA – Full Time D/E Rotation (Contract) Location: New York 13165

Pay: $813 – $925/week

Schedule: Full Time, 5x7.5-hour shifts (37.5 hours/week)

Shift Options: Day and/or Evening rotations

Requirements: Every other weekend & holidays required

Note: Must be able to start full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity

Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)

Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises

Take and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output

Maintain a clean, safe environment and respond promptly to call lights

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Provide emotional support and maintain resident rights and confidentiality

Complete accurate, timely documentation per facility guidelines

Qualifications

Active New York State Nursing Assistant Certification (Required)

BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only – Required)

Minimum 1 year CNA experience in a long-term care setting

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
