Assist all levels of highly personalized, technical, warm, fun, efficent service.
Work closely with Servers, Management and Guests to ensure a technically exceptional experience.
Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
Scrape the dishes, separate the silver, stacks the dishes in the dishwasher area.
Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants.
Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
Work as a team with all Boketto personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service.
This position starts with a $15 per hour base salary.
This is an hourly paid position. Our Wait Assistants carry out our Vision of Being the Leading Purveyor of the Spirit of Hospitality by making sure Every Guest is Leaving Happy! This role will require fast paced service done with a smile and a high level of communication with guest, co workers, Managers and Chefs.
Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
