Head of Programme Management

The Program Coordinator I works as part of a fast-paced recruiting organization, partnering closely with a team of program coordinators to support high-volume recruiting operations. This role manages end-to-end operational workflows, coordinates complex logistics for interviewing and hiring programs, and serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates. Manage operational workflows and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution within established service level agreements while maintaining high quality standards and data accuracy.

Coordinate end-to-end program logistics for interviewing and hiring programs, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation across multiple business units and geographic regions.

Create, update, and maintain reporting mechanisms such as operational dashboards, monthly business review inputs, and status updates to give leadership clear visibility into program health and key performance metrics.

Develop and implement process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance stakeholder experience through automation and standardized procedures.

Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, providing clear guidance on processes and systems while coordinating activities among program managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams.

Conduct quality assurance activities, including audits, data validation, and compliance checks, to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established standards.

Use project coordination and project management practices to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of recruiting and HR-related programs.

Provide administrative and logistical support to recruiting and HR teams, including document preparation, data entry, and maintenance of records in relevant systems.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment, proactively resolving issues and escalating risks when necessary.

Experience as a recruiting coordinator, project coordinator, or in a similar coordination role supporting high-volume operations.

Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience, particularly in logistics, recruiting, or HR-related programs.

Proficiency with basic web-based tools and products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing data, documentation, and reporting.

Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.

Experience with technical tracking systems or software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Previous experience as a former recruiting coordinator handling high-volume recruiting operations.

Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards and reports for leadership.

Familiarity with quality assurance activities such as audits, data validation, and compliance checks.

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
