You will work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning. You will design and fabricate mechanical components of innovation and excellence.
A typical day might include the following Performing a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
Conducting methodical experiments, analyzing data and interpreting results
Testing and evaluating theoretical designs
Evaluating final products overall performance, reliability and safety
Estimating budget and scope of project
Qualified candidates must have Bachelorss Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters preferred)
6+ years mechanical engineering experience
4+ years experience with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools
4+ years experience with mathematical computing and analysis tools
3+ years project management experience
2+ years experience in an engineering leadership role
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and drafting procedures
Excellent prioritization and project development
