Hospital ICU Registered Nurse - RN - PRN Night Shift

Overview Registered Nurse (RN) ICU – Nights – $20,000 sign‑on bonus eligibility.

Schedule 12‑hour shifts; full‑time requiring 36 hours per week with every other weekend, 7 P‑7 A.

Location In Person.

Responsibilities Perform plan‑of‑care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

Document patient care given.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family as appropriate.

Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

Qualifications Graduate of a professional school of nursing.

Current RN license or compact state license.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required within one year of employment.

Preferred: previous experience in an acute‑care hospital setting.
