Head of Marketing Management

The Marketing Director is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for driving

demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand visibility for our retail inventory

This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy and execution

from campaign development and content creation to analytics and

operationswhile partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Own digital marketing strategy (SEO, email, social, website optimization). Manage lead nurturing, funnel performance, and ROI optimization.

Product, Content & Brand Marketing

Create sales enablement assets (product sheets, case studies, decks,

competitive materials, videos).

Lead product launches and translate market and customer insights into

positioning and content.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels, verticals, and touchpoints.

Analytics, Operations & Events

Build KPIs and dashboards to track marketing performance.

Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics).

Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer

Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on GTM strategy,

Manage agencies, contractors, and creative partners.

Data-driven optimization and performance measurement

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

7+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, retail tech, or enterprise

software preferred)

Proven success driving demand generation and pipeline growth

Strong content creation and storytelling skills

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot,

Microsoft CRM, Marketo)
