Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 7:30am-5pm
As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Ability to Make a Difference: Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre‑treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post‑care. Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
Educate clients on pre and post‑treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C or FNP‑BC) is required
For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C or FNP‑BC) or a Certified Adult‑Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP‑BC or AGNP‑C), is required
Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence‑building results
After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
