Pride Health is hiring a RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Sierra Vista, AZ. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week | On-Call/Weekend: In Rotation

Contract Length: 13 Week/s
Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Assess patient needs and provide appropriate clinical care and interventions.
Coordinate patient care and communicate with the healthcare team.
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
License(s): Active RN license
Skills/Specialties/Technology : HCHB and wound care experience preferred and Home Health/Hospice experience preferred
