Night Shift ICU Nurse, Doctor's Hospital

PeaceHealth is seeking a RN for our ICU Unit:

• Full Time, 0.9 FTE Night Shift position (12 hour shifts)
• Sign on bonus and relocation available for eligible candidates!
• Night Shift Differential: $9.50/hour!

PeaceHarbor is part of the PeaceHealth hospital family that has been serving the local community as a critical access hospital and level III trauma center for 35 years.

Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.

• Documents patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
• Directs and delegates care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
• Participates in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program.
• Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

One year RN experience required in adult critical care OR (for RN residents) 400 hours in ICU as a nursing student within last 12 months OR successful completion of PHH ICU training program.
Must function independently with more advanced treatments, procedures and equipment. State of Oregon nursing license
