Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and recruitment
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement organizational change management initiatives
Design and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Develop and manage budgets for HR-related initiatives and programs
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and union representatives
Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional certification in HR (e.g., Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
