material Handler / Forklift Operator | North Charleston, South Carolina, United States Material Handler / Forklift Operator - North Charleston, SC About the Role Join Indotronix as a Material Handler / Forklift Operator and play a key role in supporting dynamic manufacturing and aerospace operations. You'll help drive production efficiency by ensuring timely material movement, inventory accuracy, and seamless warehouse logistics. Responsibilities - Operate forklifts and stacker lift trucks to move materials and equipment safely across the facility - Support inventory control, material handling, and cycle count activities within manufacturing and warehouse settings - Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and distribution tasks to maintain production flow - Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to accurately track material transactions - Ensure material availability for manufacturing operations through proactive coordination - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following established procedures - Assist with warehouse logistics, kitting, and production support functions Required Skills and Experience - 1+ years of forklift/stacker lift truck operation experience - 1+ years in aerospace, fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse support - 1+ years of inventory control experience - Ability to obtain forklift certification/license - Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and carrying - Strong attention to detail; thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills - Experience with ERPLN, SAT (Shipside Action Tracker), or One BPS - Familiarity with inventory systems: Bessy, eTrac, CribMaster, CIMs, KITS, Velocity - Relevant military experience or advanced education Benefits - Competitive pay and shift differentials - Hands-on training and certification opportunities - Career advancement pathways within manufacturing and aerospace sectors - Supportive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Ready to take your career to the next level?
