We are seeking an elite Pre-litigation Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience, 3+ years of experience leading a team, and a proven track record of successful pre-litigation case management to join our rapidly growing firm! This role is for an attorney who loves strategy, leverage, and negotiation - someone who understands that great cases are won long before they ever see a courtroom. If you are the kind of attorney who refuses to accept weak settlement offers, operates as a sponge to learn new ways, builds airtight demand packages, and pushes adjusters until the real value shows up on the table, you will thrive here! We provide support, systems, and staff so our attorneys can focus on strategy, negotiation, and results!
