Psychologist Senior (PhD)
MAXIMUS
Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address complex challenges and achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required; Master's degree in Psychology and 8+ years of related experience or PhD and 6+ years of related experience required.

Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
