Fast paced and physical warehouse work - why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?

Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.

Part time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work one shift a day; full time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work two shifts.

Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.

Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage and participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) on their date of hire. Part-time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked an average of at least 17 hours per week are also eligible for these benefits. The employee benefits offered by FedEx are governed by formal plan documents and, in the event of any conflict between this announcement and the applicable plan document, the formal plan document will control.
