CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

With over 50 years of industry experience, Fathom is at the forefront of the industry 4.0 digital manufacturing revolution serving clients in the technology, defense, aerospace, medical, automotive and IOT sectors. Key Responsibilities Setup and operation of CNC vertical machining centers

Setup and operation of horizontal lathes

MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using

Inspection using manual gauges and instruments

Observe all company quality and safety procedures

Participates in Lean manufacturing events

Qualifications/Requirements High School Diploma or GED

Associate degree in a relevant field or (3+) years of experience

Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment

Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
