Salary: $55,000+ Annual Salary + Potential Quarterly Bonuses
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the location while partnering closely with the Executive Director and other key departments.
Responsibilities include supporting payroll, scheduling, billing and accounts receivable processes, authorizations, caregiver onboarding and credentialing, compliance, and team performance.
The Operations Manager will also provide leadership and direction toClient Experience Managers (CEMs) and Client Experience Coordinators (CECs)while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
Partner with the Executive Director to oversee accurate and timely processing of field employee payroll in accordance with Aveanna policies and procedures.
Partner with billing personnel to monitor Accounts Receivable, identify collection concerns, and develop plans for correction.
Support caregiver compliance, onboarding, credentialing, and billing functions.
Lead and support location team members by setting clear expectations, providing routine feedback, and assessing employee performance.
Train and provide ongoing guidance to Client Experience Managers and Coordinators.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
Knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements and regulations
Two (2) years of experience as a Client Experience Manager, with demonstrated success managing scheduling, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
