Under the responsibility of the Restaurant Manager, the Server's main objective is to welcome guests, take their order and serve them with courtesy. Prepare and serve beverages, liquor and wine;
Maintain and control inventory;
Get to know the tastes and habits of regular guests in order to ensure quality personalized service;
Ensure that everything is in place for the next shift;
Ensure a clean space by respecting the standards of hygiene and salubriousness of the MAPAQ;
Carry out any other related task requested by his/her immediate superior or required by his/her duties.

At least one year experience in the food service industry
Diploma in the restaurant, hotel or service industry; an asset;
Knowledge of the characteristics of different wines and menus ; an asset ;
Proficiency in restaurant software; an asset ;
Interpersonal skills and ability to listen to customer needs ;
Part-time: Our current needs are Saturday afternoons/evenings and Sunday daytime and evenings.
