Mason Equity Group is seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, safety, and curb appeal of our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the Dover and New Philadelphia market.

Our Groundskeepers play a critical role in creating communities that residents are proud to call home and ensuring our properties consistently make a great first impression.

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Dover, New Philadelphia, and surrounding communities

As a Groundskeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance of multiple apartment communities, single-family homes, and commercial properties.

Remove weeds and maintain landscape beds

Trim grass around sidewalks, fencing, buildings, and landscaping

Perform seasonal leaf removal and general landscape cleanup

Complete snow removal and apply salt/deicer during winter weather

Power wash sidewalks, building exteriors, patios, and common areas as needed

Complete light exterior maintenance projects including painting, fence repairs, and general property upkeep

Help prepare communities for property walks, inspections, and new resident move-ins

Ensure every property consistently reflects Mason Equity Group's standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and curb appeal

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions

Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, maintenance, or related experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate

Competitive hourly pay
