~HR Generalist Details:
- Temporary position
- $Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
Support employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR record maintenance
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process coordination
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Process personnel transactions, reports, and confidential documentation accurately
HR Generalist Qualifications:
HR experience, HR coursework, or a foundational understanding of Human Resources required
At least 1 year of professional data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential information professionally and maintain accurate records
Familiarity with HRIS systems and experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or other HR functions is a plus
